- Price list & cancellation policy.
- Service agreement – for your information only at this stage, but please read thoroughly.

Please complete the booking form and return it to me, preferably by email. If you are unable or don’t want to send the form by email, let me know and I will send you an S.A.E.
Upon receipt of the booking form, I will contact you to arrange a ‘Meet and Greet’ with your dog, either at your home or somewhere else if you prefer.
